Studio Amenities
The studio is a very private, self contained, fully furnished 400 square foot living space with all conveniences that guests may need: private entrance, offstreet parking, kitchen with dishware and cookware, washer/dryer, private bath and two outdoor spaces for guest use. Suitable for short to long term occupancy with a maximum of two adults and one child.

Secure entry with digital keypad
Guests can choose their own key code for even more private entry, with a free, easily downloaded app.
Sleeps up to two adults and one child
The studio can sleep up to two adults on the queen size platform bed with memory foam mattress. One child can also be accommodated in the loveseat's twin size pullout bed.
Generous kitchen space for cooking
The kitchen has a sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction burner and a Breville countertop smart oven large enough for a turkey. Everything needed to prepare a meal is provided, including dishware, drinkware, pots, pans, blender, mixer, food processor and cooking utensils. Also included: Nespresso, Keurig, Bonavita drip and Bodum french press coffeemakers.
Fully furnished - linens, towels, blankets
The studio is fully furnished with kitchen and bath towels, and linens, blankets and comforters for the queen and twin beds.
Two outdoor areas for exclusive guest use
Guests have their choice of two outdoor areas to use: a patio for grilling and dining, and a quiet courtyard garden patio.
High speed guest WiFi network with smart TV
The studio has its own WiFi network along with Roku TV, which allows guests to securely use their own streaming music or entertainment channel accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or HBOMax. Local Seattle channels are also available as well as an endless number of other channels.
Laundry with electric washer and dryer
Guests can do all the laundry they want with the studio's electric washer and dryer.
Parking for up to two guest vehicles
When staying at the Studio, registered guests are welcome to park up to two guest vehicles in a shared driveway.
Easy access to shops and services
Hansville's very own Hansville Grocery and Grill is the hyperlocal source for basic groceries, wine and beer, and has a popular restaurant as well. Hansville also has an acclaimed bakery, Greenwoodes. For more serious grocery shopping, the town of Kingston is a 15 minute drive from the studio.
Easy access to Seattle
Nearby Kingston, a 15 minute drive from the Studio, has one of two ferry terminals to the Seattle side. The Kingston-Edmonds ferry accommodates both car and passenger traffic. There is also a fast ferry (passenger only) that goes to downtown Seattle from Kingston.
